Fieldwork Education

The Center for Community Partnerships (CCP) is a fieldwork site for occupational therapy graduate students. Recognized as a 'best practices' site for community-based occupational therapy service, outreach and service, CCP plays an important role in providing field training and experience for occupational therapy fieldwork students. Level II occupational therapy fieldwork students complete 12 weeks of hands-on, experiential practice in the community as they participate in, learn about and assist with all aspects of CCP’s direct service and outreach programs. By the time Level II fieldwork students complete their fieldwork experiences at CCP, they are recognized as entry-level experts in community-based occupational therapy.
